We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Bookings and Reservations

Booking Process

To book a tour package, you must provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by British Journeys.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or deposit required at time of booking as specified
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice
• Additional fees may apply for changes or special requests

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from British Journeys. Please review all details carefully upon receipt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by British Journeys

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative tour option.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure you have valid passport and necessary visas
• Obtain required vaccinations and health certificates
• Comply with all entry requirements for the United Kingdom
• Have appropriate travel insurance
• Verify all travel documents before departure

British Journeys is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Follow instructions from tour guides and staff
• Respect local laws, customs, and other travelers
• Take reasonable care of your belongings
• Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns

We reserve the right to exclude any traveler whose behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

British Journeys acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal property
• Personal injury or illness during tours
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.)

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour package.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PASSPORTA SP. Z O.O. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints should be submitted in writing to contact@britishjourneys.com within 14 days of the completion of your tour.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katowice, Poland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
